Our June gathering will be a lovely restorative yoga practice, complete with sound bath! We'll share slow and supported yoga asana (physical postures) and calming pranayama (breathing exercises). Bring a blanket and pillow for extra coziness. I'll play the crystal singing bowls while you relax and unwind.
